NJBS Inc. offers a membership unlike any other childcare service.  We take away the headache of finding a good nanny, paying a good nanny, and working with a nanny.  We only work with nannies that are legal and pay our nannies on the books.  We accept credit cards for payment…so while you have your nanny working; you can collect frequent flier miles for a vacation!  Additionally, we seek out only the best... nannies that are college educated, CPR certified, experienced and friendly.  Whether you seek a full time, part time, on-call, weeknight, weekend and temporary nanny - NJBS Inc. has you covered.  We service primarily Los Angeles and Manhattan (and the surrounding areas) but are branching out.  If you have interest in another city, we will likely be there soon, so reach out to us!

Owner, Zee Miller Smith, meets you in person to get the best sense of your specifications and requirements that are suited to your family.  We invite you to tell us what will make your ideal nanny and provide just that person.  By handling payroll on your behalf as well as scheduling, we strive to make the process as simple as possible for you so that your relationship with your nanny is truly all about the children.
